The benefit of yoga practice goes beyond the physical body. Practicing yoga helps cultivate awareness in mind and body. The goal of yoga is to find ease and joy in our mental as well as in our physical space. When we work together, our sessions will be spent inquiring and addressing more than the physical body. In our first session, we will discuss your goals and objectives. Together we will come up with a plan and practice that works best for you and that will help you move forward with ease in your mind and body. As your yoga teacher, I will be your guide to empower you; a friend to cheer you, and lift you along your journey towards a better health and overall wellbeing.

Why Private Yoga?

Sometimes being part of a large class may not be the best fit for everyone. Private yoga sessions are 100% customized and catered to your unique need, based on what you want to work on or what your mind and body needs. Whether you are starting your yoga journey, want to bring in some mindful breath and movement in your daily routine, refine your yoga practice, or just need a session to distress - a one-on-one private yoga session is what you need. I will meet you exactly where you are and help you figure out what you need most each time we meet. Besides, having your needs met in a 1-on-1 setting, private sessions can empower you to take care of yourself and you will learn something new!

Private yoga sessions can be online or in-person!

I have never done yoga before / I’m a beginner/ I’m not very flexible - is this for me?

The best thing about private yoga is it’s totally tailored for you! Set aside any doubt you may have in your mind and leave the rest up to me! I will meet you exactly where you are today - meaning your yoga practice will be accessible to you. I have worked with people who are completely new to yoga, with students who have physical limitations as well as students who teach yoga and everyone in between. Your only worry should be to make it to class on time. I got the rest! If you’ve been thinking about trying a yoga class but feel intimidated, one-on-one yoga is an accessible and an excellent option to take.

What do Private Yoga sessions entail?

Each session is a container of trust and a space to share. Therefore, we will spend the first few minutes catching up on how you are feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally; how the practices have been working out, and any questions or other feedback. Based on what you need, our sessions may include a combination of the following: physical postures, breath practices, meditation, discussion/review lifestyle habits, and/or yoga philosophy. I will make sure that you are comfortable with the practices so you can do them on your own during the week.

What do I need for the sessions?

The most important thing you need for the sessions is to have a quiet space. Ideally a space free of clutter that feels comfortable, safe, and welcoming for you. An outside space at a local studio can also be arranged for an additional fee.

Can I do just one session?

Yes, you can! However, yoga isn’t a quick fix and transformation takes time. So, I ask my clients to start with a minimum of 6 sessions. Everyone’s needs are unique - so, let’s have a conversation about your needs so together we can figure out a plan that works best for you!

Introductory Private Yoga Session Package - 3 Sessions for $270 total (New Clients only)

Individual Online or In-person private sessions: $100/session

Private Session packages can also be bought for 6 and 10 session package respectively.

6 Session Package: $600

10 session package: $950

**An additional fee will incur if travel distance is beyond 15 mile radius.
